Pants are underwear here in the UK but I know that Americans call trousers pants and I prefer trousers so I'll say pants. I prefer not to wear shorts and I never do in my country. I only do when I'm on holiday in a hotter country like when I go to America but even then I don't wear shorts that much.

I can't really brush my hair. When it's short (like it is now), it's unnecessary, and when it's longer, my curly hair just becomes frizzy. Moving a few locks around with my fingers after a shower is the most "styling" I ever do.
