My 3DS came in the mail! After 2 years with a broken top screen, I finally have a fully working 3DS! So happy. Played Pushmo, I missed this game a lot. Easily my favorite puzzle game of all time.
Just came back from my university's graduation ceremony. Fun times, getting together with classmates.
What's more, the parents are getting me a Wii U as a gift. It's a bit late but hey, I earned it!

I work as a security guard on the weekends at a local university. I was running late from taiko practice so I forgot my sweater and my shift is outdoors overnight. At around 3:00am a student walked up with a hot cup of hot chocolate and thanked me for working outside before he went to the dorms to get some sleep. It was about 40 degrees plus wind and my work coat is pretty much cotton and air.
After seeing these kids drink and pass out and generally be rowdy nuisances it is nice to know that parents do still teach their kids to be decent people. My numb fingers were grateful for that hot chocolate (forgot my gloves too).

England come back to win 3-2 after being 2-0 down against Germany at (their) home in Berlin.
Whether it was a 'friendly' or not has no bearing on just how pleased I was to see a young English team beating a veteran German side, and in Germany to boot!
