The male trainer kinda looks like my own comic book character (even rocking a sun visor which my character wears too x_x).
I had a hunch the character designer would be using sun visors as hats for the trainers at some point- even guessed the next Pokemon games. Guess I was partially right.
The female trainer reminds me of Sailor Moon. Some really long hair.. They should have just left her with the buns and called it a day. The long strand is a bit overkill imo, but w/e- I always admired the character designs in the Pokemon games. Interesting how their pupils are now white instead of black like it used to be. That researcher reminds me of some guy from "The Hunger Games", with a very... unique hairstyle- albeit questionable.
As for Unova.. This morning, before I saw the news on the game, I thought that maybe BW2 would take place 3 years after the original. I was close haha. But I didn't think it would be on the verge of an ice age. Gotta wonder what happened to the people on the other side of the region. I'm sure the Pokemon you can catch now must of all migrated from the east to west and spread like wild fire.
So much to speculate. Which makes it oh so fun. Cannot wait
Oh, and I wonder if you'll be able to battle Black/White :3
I think you will be able to battle with Black/White since both are supposed to be fifth generation games, so no new battle mechanics or Pokémon appear in these games.
The new female trainer is really really cute. Her hair is way over the top IMO, but I've seen crazier in Yu-Gh-Oh!. I'm hyped for the next Coro Coro issue coming out May 15th. They're going to drop a lot of new info on the game.
Unlikely. Asides White Kyurem and Black Kyurem, but they're alternate formes (hybrids?) rather than new 'mon. It'll be the 150-odd B/W Pokémon and 150 more from older generations.
Well IGN said the Unova Pokedex would be increasing to 300....so, yeah...and the end of that trailer there was some Pokemon that I didn't recognize. EDIT: Guess I misread it...ah well...never mind that then. But yeah...dunno what that Pokemon is at the end of the video, lol EDIT2: ....NEVER MIND AGAIN! xD
It seems there will be some sort of facility where you will be able to battle every single gym leader in the series. Now if this is really happening... @game_freak:
The person who posted the scan also stated that the magazine reveals Brock, Bianca, Cheren, and Giovanni will be in Black 2 and White 2, but we’ll have to wait for the rest of the magazine to leak to find out what that’s about! Update (3:45 AM) – The same source also says that Misty, Green (Gary), Lance, Volkner, and Steven Stone appear in a new facility run by Cynthia where you can battle them. That’s probably where we’ll see Brock and Giovanni as well. Update (4:00 AM) – Lt. Surge, Erika, and Janine will also be present. Apparently the facility is called “World Tournament.” It seems you’ll be able to battle all previous Gym Leaders and Elite Four Champions there.
However, remember it's yet to be confirmed by a reliable source.
