To really answer your question, your consoles will be fine. Nothing to worry about.
Don't worry, some people unplug/move their consoles all the time. The only way this could have a negative effect on either system would be if you unplugged them while they were in the middle of saving a game or something similar.
So the day you move out, are you gonna attach a butt load of exstencion cords together to keep them plugged in?

Yes, they will be fine. Electronics in general do not have to be plugged in all the time.
