Topic: Over rated game/ Under rated game... game

Before I tell you what to do in this thread, I would like to point out that yes, the title sucks

Anyways the point of this "game" is to name an overrated game and an under rated game, in your opinion of course ( I don't want flame wars about what's over rated and under rated)

I'l start

Over rated game: Super Mario Sunshine (yeah yeah I know fanboys are going to flame me for this)
Under rated game: Phoenix Wright: Justice For All

Overrated: Streets of Rage [the first one, I love the second and third iterations]
Underrated: Ecco Jr.

Overrated: Final Fantasy
Underrated: EarthBound

over rated= final fantasy 7

under rated= legend of zelda twilight princes

Overrated: SMB3. While it's a great game, it's not "the best" like a lot of people say it is.

Underrated: Golden Axe II. Sure it's mostly the same as Golden Axe, it's not worse.

Overrated: Blast Works
Logic: Yeah, I know it's got a crazy-expansive editor, but why have an editor when basically no one owns the game? And when you get right down to it, the overall game is just "Okay".

Underrated: Kirby Air Ride
Logic: The game worked and was just overall fun. What's wrong with that?

Overrated: FFXII

Underrated: FFIX

Overrated: Ghouls'n Ghosts [the original, but not by too much, as it's a good game, but not that good; I'm enamoured with the sequel Super Ghouls'n Ghosts]
Underrated: SoulBlazer

Overrated: Zelda and Mario games.
Underrated: Final Fantasy XIII and Chocobo games.

Overrated: Brain Age
Underrated: Space Harrier II [no lie, I actually like this game]

Overrated: Pokemon Gold. Most boring RPG ever.
Underrated: Yoshi's Story. Sure it's easy, but it's still a great platformer.

Underrated: Space Harrier II [ Played a ton on Shenmue].

overrated - Zelda Windwaker ( I like the old Zelda's better )
underrated - Tales of Symphonia ( I know it was well received, but I have only met a few others that like it )

Confused are you talking about ESRB or the too gimmicky, to perverse, etc?

Overrated: Super Metroid, there...I said it....>_> is mad at the game for not being able to get passed Ridley

Overrated (for real): Final Fantasy games
Honestly, I remember trying a few of the games...couldn't stay into them...and the battles seem kinda boring for me.

Underrated: Kirby Air Ride
Its honestly the only one I can think of besides EarthBound...dunno why sites like IGN said it was a disaster. I enjoyed it, City Trial was fun...loved chasing my friends down with Hydra, and I always liked the Swerve Star for some odd reason, lol.
