"We're absolutely going to be watching Switch. No question we'll be watching it closely to see what happens. But for right now we have nothing to announce. We're still not convinced that kid that told us it prints money was telling the truth. I don't even see a slot."
"I'm really excited about the Switch. I think it's a very Nintendo-like console, which is a wonderful thing. I wouldn't rule anything out, but right now we're working beyond capacity, and it wouldn't be a good time to add new platform support. If there's enough demand we'd certainly give it some consideration, but for now, we want to keep things really focused on the best experience on our currently supported platforms: Playstation 4, Playstation 4 Pro, XBox One, XBox One S, XBox One X, XBox One, PC and Steam, SNES Classic Mini, Wonder Swan, and the 3DO platform."

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.

We can't develop for the Switch because we're busy washing our hair.
Our game won't work on Switch because Mars is ascendant in the sphere of Jupiter and one of the dev team is a Gemini so he's due to go on a long sea voyage any day now.
Our game won't work on Switch because it features an ice level, the Switch gets really hot and we're worried it'll melt the virtual snow.
"Our version of Scrabble allows you to feel like you're really placing the wooden tiles on the board, so realistically, it's like actually playing a board game. With Switch, it has motion controls, right? So since it's a handheld with motion detection, we're worried that players might accidentally knock the pieces from the board. It's just not the right environment for a Scrabble game. It's a great machine though, I'm really happy for Nintendo. I'm still not done Zelda yet!"
We cannot port our game to Switch because we are very busy trying to follow a weird frog we saw went into a weird hole in the ground and killing random mutants in the process. The weird frog is more important than Nintendo Switch because of reasons

"Long story short: Bill Trinen unfollowed me on Twitter - and that really hurt my feelings...if you have a problem with me not porting the game to the Switch, take it up with him."
"We r uncapabel ov maykin thu Swich vurshon. Luk at uz. We carnt even spell!"
"We took a PS4 to a basketball court to try to get inspiration for the port. After 47 attempts, our boys from downtown made the Swish version."
"Our game won't come to switch because it has too many buttons. We don't have 13 fingers you know."

"A Switch version? Oh dear, quite impossible. There is no way you can fit a Blu-ray disc in that tiny slot...we've tried..."
"Erm...we still don't know if it's an under powered home console or a powerful hand held."
I never drive faster than I can see. Besides, it's all in the reflexes.
Because the install base only represents X percent of the market ie it won't sell enough copies

"We can't port the full version of our game to the Switch at this time. Our devkit was in-transit, but it was stolen by a circus of insane psycho-clowns hired by Microsoft."
