...you know what? I'll give in and nominate G-Gundam and Turn A Gundam. At least G-Gundam has a good story compared to Gundam Wing, and Turn A Gundam has a fantastic story despite the slowness.
Meh, 203 isn't that intimidating. There's plenty animes with more episodes.
You know difficult it is to convince anyone who watches anime on a regular basis to invenst 100+ hours into a single show? That Isn't Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, Bleach or One Piece? I can't even get people to watch those shows if they haven't already seen it, let alone another great anime like Sgt. Frog, or in this case Reborn. And no, 200+ episodes is rare even for anime.
I'm shocked that no one nominated Gakutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. It's such a nicely done series. And as for other series, I'll put down Trigun, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. As for movies, put me down for Summer Wars, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, and Trigun: Badlands Rumble.
FF6: Release year- 1994 Kefka's birthday - November 9th So.... my life is practically mirroring Kefka? Cool.
As for Gundam, I'm just not into giant robot anime but there are two exceptions that I like the look of which I plan on watching which are Tenga toppen gurren lagan and Code geass. Also, I like the look of Sakura wars: So long, my love even though its a giant robot SRPG.
That's sort of what I'm getting at. Is really the giant robots, which are almost inconsequential in the grand scheme of the show, simply serving as a means of putting two different people on equal footing and allow them to fight face to face again, thus allowing for deeper enemy-to-enemy character interaction, that keeps people from watching these shows? Or do people not know that there's more to giant robots shows than super heroes saving the day?

Guess I'm just use to big numbers. Haha, so I was wrong. You always manage to make me feel foolish. lol

I didn't mean to make you feel foolish...well, I guess I did but only 'cause I'm angry - I've tried a bunch of times before to get people to watch stuff like One Piece and Sgt. Frog and they're like "noooo its too long!" Grr. Fine, Guess you'll just have to miss out on the greatest shows ever just 'cause you don't want to try it. >_< And for the record, I did try Reborn. I didn't really like it, though. The lame set up threw me off. I'll give it another go some other time, but dang, those first two episodes...
Yeah, super long series can be very intimidating to start from scratch. Even if you end up loving it (actually, especially if you end up loving it) you probably aren't going to be watching any other anime for a long time.
Better than the people who I try to convince to watch an anime. 'No, it's too Japanese!' lol, how awful. Speaking of which. I think I'll check out Sgt. Frog after Gurren Laggan. It has a funi dub, right?

Yes, and it's fantastic. They actually made it more funny than the Japanese version, IMO. Btw, I'll PM you the Link via BL so you can watch it.

Shouldv'e sticked with the cartoon one. It would take hours of anime watching to properly vote.
Just nominate and vote for whatever you have seen. It's not like you actually have to have watched every show being nominated (though it would be nice, it's just unrealistic).
I've got a question: Will there be seperate brackets for anime shows and movies? I'm just wondering in case a show was pitted against the movie from the same series (say, Trigun versus Trigun: Badlands Rumble), 'cause then it may be hard to some to vote. Maybe then the winners of both brackets would go against each other at the end. So will there be seperate brackets or would that be a complete pain and/or unnecessary? Just wondering.
