Don't know if anyone's done this before, but I can't find one, so let's go.

Welcome to Nintendo Corrupt-A-Wish. This is a game where one commenter makes a wish, and the next commenter grants that wish, with a slight side effect, then makes their own wish, and so on.

I'll start with an obvious one. Mother 3 is finally released outside of Japan.

They make a crossover Legend of Zelda and F-Zero game with male or female Link as the protagonist, but it isn't fun like people expected.

You do, but it's called a "Nintendo Wii U."

Metroid Prime 4 is developed by Retro Studios as a Nintendo Switch launch title.

Directed by Michael Bay, featuring the motion captures of Shia La Buff and Samuel L Jackson. Both were only for bit parts, but their casting ate up more than 50% of the budget. So the game is only about 2 hours long, or one hour, depending on whether or not you count the protracted cinematic opening sequence. Look foward to Metroid Prime 5: The Prolgue in 2019!

Surprise! Paper Mario: Color Splash was just an elaborate ruse to distract fans from the storybook-styled Paper Mario Switch (2017), which features a page-turning mechanic as its core conceit. The only problem is...

Pokemon Stars has multiple save files and a Battle Frontier.

You can only have one Pokemon per file and the Frontier only has one facility: the Battle Tree.

I wish for a Gingerbread Man in every home! With Plenty of Milk to wash it down.
