I don't think there is such a company. However, if you just need a specific animal's face, then I'm sure there's someone out there that will google that and tell you.
EDIT: My internet is really slow, so I didn't catch your second comment. As for the main problem, there are a few photo-on-sweater websites out there, but I'm not fond of them and I can't guarantee you anything. Either way, best of luck.
