If you're talking about the quote, which seems more likely, then I believe it is from a dandy Rudyard Kipling poem called "If". The man probably got it from there, its definitely got a powerful meaning (although not so much when used in the video-game context...)

All be gaming as long as there are games that appeal to me.

forever and ever...

All the children try to run,
To him its part of the fun.
His branching arms are for collecting,
His face is empty of expressing.
He sometimes hums a lowly drone,
He will wander 'round your home.
Dressed in darkest suit and tie,
He won't let you say goodbye.

I started at 5 years old with an Atari 2600 and now I am 31...I don't see and end any time soon...

Same here; a 2600 for my 10th birthday. I still remember the first game I ever got - Yar's Revenge. I had it on an emulator at my office for a while for use during telephone conferences instead of clicking through Solitaire or Minesweeper.

I just played Dead Space Extraction with a friend last night who is 38. Earlier this week was a Tiger Woods Golf night, and ages ranged from 38 to 46. And for those who might think we are a bunch of old losers sitting around drinking PBRs, well you would be right about the PBRs, but our golf game included an architect, cinematographer, small business owner, and yours truly.

Games are a legitimate form of entertainment, and I don't get the attitude that some have that they are a waste of time and money. One of my motorcycles cost $17,000+....and I crashed racing it last fall. THAT was a waste of money (but I don't regret that either). We are lucky as gamers to have at least one thing that provides us with entertainment that can be stimulating and demanding...and escapist. There are so many people that have nothing of the sort and after a day of work sit slack jawed in front of a TV showing Friends re-runs every night. Why anyone would decide to stop gaming beyond a difficult (for me) to comprehend loss of enjoyment is beyond me.
