A lot of people seem to be complaining about internet speeds and net neutrality right now. I do a lot of high bandwidth things, so I recently upgraded my internet to the fastest my broadband provider offers. I've come to the realization that countries that don't keep up with internet speeds will be left far behind when things like VR, digital download games and ultra high definition streaming takes more market share.
I'm from Sweden, I signed up for a 1 Gbit connection, which has no data caps and costs me 70 dollars per month. When testing it, it seems to be around 950 Mbit per second. The EU, in which I live, has net neutrality laws.
If you have the time, please answer these questions:

the caps lock button does not have anything to do with data usage

uranus, we have a strict gas law but no laws about nets
