Topic: Greenday fans?

I just bought 21st Century Breakdown and I love it! Anybody else a Greenday fan here?

I hate Green Day. I'm going with the crowd. They're new album is terrible. Everything about them is terrible. I'm going to go slit my wrists now, thank you.

Green Day are probably my favourite band, I know it wasn't to everyone's tastes, but I loved 21st Century Breakdown too
(I think it's good throughout, but it certainly picks up in the latter half - the three in a row of 'Horseshoes and Handgrenades', which is my personal fave, 'The Static Age' and '21 Guns' is epic! )

I would only be a Green Day fan on opposite day.

They stopped being relevant the moment they started to take themselves serious.
Put Insomniac and I'll be Ok.

Dookie was good - I remember learning to play most of that record at sixth form College, I think I prefer original post punk myself though, you know - Joy Division, Half Man Half Biscuit, PIL... Having said that, someone told me to check their new record so probably will!

NO their last TWO albums sucked for me personally. I love greenday but I'm sticking with their older releases.

I like Green Day alright. I haven't listened to the new CD yet, but the last one I liked.
