The styling files failed to load, usually due to high server load. Try Ctrl+F5, or just wait 'til later when the load is less.

As everyone else has been saying, sometimes this kind of thing happens when a site's server is extra-busy at a given point in time. Just wait a few seconds, then hold down shift and reload the page — that should clear your cache and get everything where it's supposed to be again.
