Funniest film of all time? - General Discussion Forum

I was recently asked by a friend what I felt the funniest film of all time was. I took a moment to think, and answered The Big Lebowski, but I knew that this answer didn't satisfy me. Later on I realized that the CORRECT answer would have been This is Spinal Tap. Hovering around third place would probably be Monty Python and the Holy Grail. But I'm curious about the choices other people would make. Remember...this isn't "best comedy." The movie doesn't have to be good at ALL. The plot can be awful, the acting can be atrocious...it just has to be funny. What are your choices for the out-and-out funniest films?
