Whats the point in putting that ? I bet theres loads of people who agree with you but if you've noticed they just haven't commented. Instead of spamming up the thread they've decided to leave people who do enjoy the sport to discuss it at will on this thread and they have decided to ignore it.
Why cant you do the same ???
How are you not doing the same as he did by responding? Don't feed the trolls. I'd hate to see how you react to someone who's actually trying to troll this thread.
Anyway, I don't know anything about soccer. I love American Football. I'll leave now
Haha your funny. Anyways hate to break it to ya mate but I also enjoy american football and shall be watching the superbowl on sunday.
I support Liverpool from England and Inter from Italy. About Liverpool, I think that the money spent on Carrol wouldn't be justified, as he's still young and will feel a big burden on his shoulders, playing for such a club and with that price-tag on him. As for Inter, I love it how they win by playing disgusting football sometimes. It's a team about which you mostly remember the results, not the game.
@Andyutd97...and Machu...what the hell is going on with Man U. I finally got to watch the Liverpool match. Whoah! They sure trounced you!
On another note...Major League Soccer is set to start up here in the states and my club plays this Saturday! And I also have tix to the home opener next Saturday!!!
Tbh MERG we had one tricky week. Chelsea also beat us after the worst refereeing ever and the one and only sir alex has just been handed a 5 match ban. On a brighter note were still top of the league and also cheers for letting us know about the mls. Il keep a eye out for it.
City v United in 4 weeks, think imma gonna watch it at good ol' Wembley (but why does it HAVE to be in London? Don't they get enough of the best things as it is?)
Anyway...surprising it's an all Northern finalé rather then a Southern one like last year.
Well the 2011 Women's FIFA World Cup starts tomorrow. Is anyone going to watch it?? I might watch a few games here and there but I dont think I will watch every game like last years World Cup.
This thread will bounce back (unless TBD dosent like it at which she will ban it and I will complain). BTW we can also talk about the transfer spectulation here aswell.
Please don't sell Modric! (or Bale for that matter)... Meanwhile, there's a small rumour that Spurs are looking to buy Forlan, we need a good striker and he fits the bill perfectly
I think that this has become a dead forum. Lat post before mine and Tasuki was 3 months ago.
The reason I revived this thread was cause the Women's World Cup starts tomorrow as I stated and I didnt want to start a new thread about the Woman's World Cup just to get redirected to this thread since it was only 3 months old. I think TBDs cut of point is six months.
Anyway I might watch the matches tomorrow since I am recovering from oral surgery and I wont feel like doing nothing much but right now I am extreamly busy with going back to school and getting all that stuff together so I wont be able to watch it as close as I did last years World Cup.
Oh and just in case you are wondering its going to be on ESPN heres a link to the schedule just remember that all times are givein in EST.
@andyutd97 I have a feeling Redknapp and Levy will hold out. He's too valuable to let go, otherwise we're never getting into the Champions league again. As for Forlan, I remember him being pretty rubbish for Man U, but I don't see any reason why he wouldn't work well at Tottenham. I'm just disappointed Defoe hasn't been in good form. We need another good defender too...
