Just thought i'd throw that out there. I'll go first. Mine is likely Enies Lobby, but there are so many other good ones.

The correct answer is the Alabasta Arc.

Well, this is *Favorite One Piece Arc.

Not necessarily *Best One Piece Arc.

Or should I change the title to just "One Piece", but I don't know if that's recently been done before.

Water 7. Out of the somehow multiple arcs in the series that are universally considered one of the moments the series becomes even better (along with Arlong, Alabasta, and apparently Impel Down), this is the one that confirmed to me once and for all how amazing the series is. Especially since the drama and plot twists had me at the edge of my seat, and I can only say that about my favorite anime, and in retrospect this is probably the most surprising "edge of my seat" anime since it's an action shonen that is fairly cartoony, even for anime.

Out of the first 5 Sagas in One Piece (East Blue, Baroque Works, Skypiea, CP9, and The Whitebeard War), probably the one that is least favorited out of the other 4 is definately Skypiea.

Personally, I liked Skypiea. It wasn't great, but it was good for what it was. East Blue is my least favorite. It's great for establishing the world and the characters + Backstories, but overall it's boring in retrospect.

Anyways, My favorite Arc is actually the Marineford War arc, and it will probably continue to be my favorite when I actually see everything that leads up to it.

I've that Eiichiro Oda wasn't even trying when he wrote the Marineford Arc. WASN'T EVEN TRYING! If so, then we can only imagine what's next for One Piece...

@Electricmastr0: It's not that he wasn't trying during the Marineford arc, it's that he was overseeing pretty much the entire production of the 10th movie, Strong World. That's the reason why Impel Down and Marineford had really short chapters (minimum of 12 pages, usually). Oda said in an interview earlier this year that the final arc of One Piece will make the conflict at Marineford look like nothing, so that's definitely something to look forward to (in 10 years)...

As for my favorite arc, probably Impel Down. Luffy's adventures with three unlikely companions in the great prison was very fun...

At least one thing that shortened the wait was that there was no filler between Episodes 516 and 517.

Current Playthroughs: Xenoblade Chronicles, Okami, Red Steel 2, Eternal Sonata, SMW 2: Yoshi's Island, TMNT IV: Turtles in Time, Earthbound, Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy IV, Phantasy Star IV, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, and TLoZ: Spirit Tracks.

It's a total cop out answer, but I'm not sure I have one; even most of the filler has been pretty darn good. Enies Lobby and Arlong probably resonated with me the most, just because you really get to see just how much these oddballs care about each other and witness some of the (normally much more composed) members of the crew in their darkest hours and at their most desperate and vulnerable - but you can say that about most of the major story arcs on One Piece.

Davy Back Fight is definitely up there for me too, albeit for completely different reasons.

@RevolverLink: Afro Luffy is the only reason anyone needs to love the Davy Back Fight arc (with a little Foxy and Porche on the side)...

Oh, I'm sure I can count myself among a very few that liked Davy Back Fight a great deal; I realize that it's hardly the most... substantial of arcs in terms of length, plot or overall relevance. But between two longer and more serious, action-heavy arcs like Skypiea and Water 7/Enies Lobby, I really enjoyed that One Piece went out of its way to alter the story structure a bit and be so unabashedly goofy and ridiculous (well, more goofy and ridiculous) for a little while.

That the primary antagonist was highly susceptible to a thing like "hurt feelings" didn't hurt it for me either.

All of CP9/Water 7. The internal conflict and the way each Crew member fought made it my favorite.

Knux

The CP9 and the Whitebeard War Sagas. Don't make me pick one, it's too hard!

The currently on-going arc is pretty interesting, by the way.

Do you mean in the manga or anime?
If you mean the manga, I agree completely. It's a great one.
