Most, if not all games have a sense of humor. Usually they're either there to help ease the mood, or just keep you entertained. What's a funny moment you liked from a game? When Link crashes into the Tower of the Gods in Wind Waker. Most of Hades' dialogue in Kid Icarus: Uprising is a close second.
