Just a PSA. I know that alot of users here, myself include use Ebay for their retro shopping as well as for other things

Well apparently Ebay has been hacked so it might be a good idea to change your password. So far Ebay is stating that no financial information was stolen just names, addresses etc and the breach doesn't include Pay Pal.

Still experts are warning that you change your password along with any other sites that might use the same password.

Phew. Good thing I changed my password already.

With all the names and addresses if they just try and use them to obtain credit it is more than likely they will succeed at least enough times for it to be worth it.

I never use eBay so this doesn't effect me.

Changed my password and my PayPal password as well (playing it safe).

Wouldn't they email us if our account was hacked? I never got one.

I don't use the website alot, but the app has a notification/warning on the home page.

Not necessary. Still even if you never got an email several places are reporting it so it would be a good idea to change your password just in case.
