So last week, I paid for my 3DS repairs (supposedly minor) but there was a system error in Nintendo's service centre database so the status profile was unchanged and the engineers in charge weren't told about my payment until now and have only started the fixes today because of my friendly reminder. -.-
On the plus side, the person I spoke to sorted the status profile and said I may get my 3DS back by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

I'm sick.

My girlfriend of two years just broke up with me. She didn't even give a reason. I still have feelings for her and it just hurts.

@Kewlan I tried talking to her but she will not answer my calls. I'm really sad right now. She has not hinted at it all. She just sent me a text saying I don't make her happy anymore but I tried so hard to. I can't really explain how I feel. Just this morning I called her and said I love you and told her how much she means to me.

She won't even answer my phone calls she blocked me on Facebook and won't reply to text. When I went to her house she wouldn't let me see her. All I did was love her. I am just depressed. She never even acted like she would do this

Turns out this never happened, and it was far from happening. I'm getting an "average" grade for some reason.

@GrumpyGoomba Do you know if she's sad about it too? Was there maybe a secret she found out about you that she hated?
Chances are that you need to give her time...

My best, but harsh explanation would be that you loved her "too much" and annoyed her in the end. Maybe you didn't notice her fake smiles? Don't take my word for it though, as I have no idea how the real situation looks like.

If going to her home won't help, then ask a friend of hers or her parents. Preferably when they are outside of the home.

This didn't happen today but a couple weeks ago, my laptop's hard drive suddenly went kaput, it started making the "clicking sound of death" as they call it. I've been using it for the past 5 or so years and was devastated; especially when I had a back-up file ready to go on it.

Luckily my dad works with computers, so I hoped he would be able to figure something out to save the data. But sadly he couldn't even get on the drive. He brought his HDD reader home and let me try it out. I tried freezing it, tapping it, moving it vertical when it was running, etc. all those things you hear about on sites about DIY data recovery. Still nothing worked.

So now I'm basically left with one option; taking the drive to a professional data recovery place, which is widely known to be fairly expensive. I'm now in a state of regret for not being prepared, and feeling hopless over the whole thing ever being resolved.

That Windows XP drive has so much of my life on it, I can't even think about starting over.

@GrumpyGoomba Hey mate, I've been through break ups like that and it hurts like heck. Just ride it out even though you will be super confused! Take it from me, I'm a month out from getting married to a different girl and life is great

@Austroid Always use Dropbox! For only free.99 you can back-up ALL of your data to the online cloud Dropbox! Never worry about losing data again with Dropbox. Your whole computer can explode and Dropbox would still have all your saved files!

I am up to date on a series I started recently that I was really enjoying and a series I enjoyed a lot had a sad/bad ending...AND ALL HAPPEN SO QUICKLY EARLY IN THE DAY!

me: "oh it's been almost a week since I last played my 3DS for more than 5 minutes let me turn it on! hell yeah the smash bros. demo is out even if it's limited I'll play it a lot!!!!!!"
2 minutes later
me: "so amazing!!!!!!! but it'd be better if it wasn't for the fact everyone decided to message me today every 30 seconds.... -_-"

I was just disappointed with the demo itself...T_T

Been playing Far Cry 3. The second island is soooo boring. The story just goes for a complete nosedive, it's gotten really repetitive. I think I'm going to put it down and never finish it (another unfinished game for my shelf). If I go a year without playing a game where you have liberate outposts, I would be okay with that.

Welp, I tried applying for a job at that one place with my application paper, said they call back for 2-3 days, waited for a reply 2-6 days later, came back and they told me they have like a waiting period to sift out the applications. waited again. And I don't think they're responding at all. Time to go job huntin again.

Oh and last week I went to gamestop to try out hyrule warriors and the WiiU was broken.

Dang, what was the series? Also, been caught up on some project from school that's really been taking up my time here. So I won't be on as much. Welp.....

Woke up this morning to find out my water bottle messed up my 3DS[Though I can still do system transfer thankfully]. Now I have to wait at least half a year to get it replaced since I'd rather wait for the N3DS rather than fixing it/buying another 3DS.
