Topic: Club Nintendo Rewards. ^_^

I just got my platinum reward in the mail yesterday. It's the figurine that has the whole Super Mario gang on it, coolest reward I've seen yet. It came in a yellow box with question marks on it, and included a thank you note for helping Nintendo 'put smiles on gamers faces' by taking part in the surveys. If you didn't know already, by registering your products at https://club.nintendo.com/ and filling out surveys, you get coins that can be redeemed for goodies. You can also get a special yearly reward without using any of your coins. Anyhoo, the point of this post is, as small a thing as it is, it means a lot, and adds a personal touch. These things cost money to produce, and the cost of shipping to the members... It's just really refreshing when I can't turn my other systems on without being bombarded with advertisements. I think Microsoft would charge me for turning my 360 on if they could. Now that I think about it, shouldn't being subjected to all those commercials entitle me to free live? I mean, that's how commercial radio and television works, right? All I'm saying is it's nice to be appreciated once in a while. And I, er, appreciate being appreciated.

Okay I'm getting a lil pissed off. It seems as if I have 2 download code for Kirby Super Star, and they charged me for both of them; and to boot I STILL can't redeem a single code on the Eshop...

Maybe they goofed up the description and it's actually a Wii Shop code for Kirby rather than an eShop code . . . ?

Yep you are indeed correct, it was meant to be labeled as Wii not WiiU, meaning I could not play it (No Pro Controller) and I got a refund for both of my download codes!

I did called, instead of a refund they actually fix my download code so it was indeed a Wii U code

Probably going to get Zelda for 3DS. I already have it, but it'd be nice to take it outside of my house. I was going to get Kirby, but then I heard this talk of it actually being a Wii download code, so I'm not so sure, mainly because I want to save as much Wii data on my Wii U as possible.

There is nothing here...except for the stuff I just typed...

Why would they offer it for the Wii if it's completely available on the WiiU too?

Just got the code for the Wii U version of Kirby. 200 coins for a Wii U SNES VC game vs. 250 for a Wii SNES VC game, weird.

To blessed to be stressed.

Well they put Kirby back up as Wii U, so maybe they fixed it to actually give Wii U codes for everyone now.

At one point they had offered Kirby Super Star and Super Punch-Out!! for 150 coins each on Wii VC too. I wonder if they made a mistake and meant to put Kirby Super Star for Wii and Super Punch-Out for Wii U this month, as the pricing makes little sense beyond Super Punch-Out!! being the superior game, but considering you won't get the digital deluxe points for it and have to pay an extra $1.50 to upgrade it, it's kind of asking a lot.

It's too bad I won't be getting this patch, apparently the people who got the error patch set got a free patch when they got got a new fixed set.

I'm guessing I got the refund a day or two ago, but I'm just now noticing. I will say that Nintendo customer support (Phone) is really polite and helpful
