Random thought but what ever happened to Captain Kuro in One Piece?
In the anime at least, I know he shows up in a montage of sorts that shows characters reacting to Luffy's first bounty right after Arlong Park. So he's alive and well I guess?
Since it's One Piece, I'm expecting him to come back someday, somewhere.

I sure hope so. He was pretty scary.
I would love that to happen as well though the only problem is how much more powerful characters are now. Oda could likely come up with something but I just dunno how. The other major East Blue character I want to see again is Gin mostly because he told Sanji he'd see him on the Grand Land. He could have died from the poison but this is One Piece so yeah.

Hmmm, are people watching anime that are on my signature? Is that why people are watching Kill Me Baby? Okay then guys, watch some Dr. Slump and Shin Chan!
It was listed right next to Kill La Kill on my anime site, so I tried it and was disappointed. It's just that you're the first person I've seen that likes it, so now I can finally complain about it.

Has anyone seen Tribe Cool Crew? It's a anime about dancing.
Some random dude on Nintendo Life.
Toriel left for a while, so Freaky Fred took over her place!
Not changing this part of the signature until Nintendo announces Super Mario Sunshine 2.

This was actually a really good time. The art was absolutely fantastic, and did a really great job of showing off the high octane action. It kinda feels like a modern day Rurouni Kenshin with an American setting. It's based in the real world (a really well made recreation of Chicago), and the characters can pull off unrealistic feats despite not being superhuman (Rally Vincent, the MC, tries not to kill, and with her expert marksmanship often shoots off her opponents thumb or trigger finger, defeating them non leathally). The story arcs within were all really well done and had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
Fanservice is pretty common though, so watch out for that if it bothers you. Though, it's very much used as a "bonus" though, and in no way is used to carry the series.

Has anyone been watching Punchline? It's easily one of my least favorite animes this season, yet I'm staying completely caught up. I'm trapped somehow.

Then we roll the dice twice to choose two of the genres. And the winners are: Fantasy and Comedy
Next we list the first six anime that comes to mind that fit into either or both of these categories:
1) Slayers
2) Service X Service
3) Polar Bear Cafe
4) Senyuu.
5) Erin
6) The Devil is a Part-Timer
...the 6th is always the hardest for some reason. Anyways, now we make the final roll! And the Winner is......Service X Service!
...wait, that was the one I was thinking about when I started this. I just went through all that effort just to decide to watch the first show I was thinking of anyways?! I should've just flipped a freakin' coin. -_-;

All I know about the show is that Kotaro Uchikoshi (Ever17 and 999/Virtue's Last Reward) is handling the Script, Hyadain and Shoko-tan did the OP, and the Director is the same guy who did The Mystic Archives of Dantalian.
...in other words, why am I not watching this show right now?
No, which is weird because it was getting good. I think I got distracted, then work piled up, then I lost interest in non-interactive media for a while, then I started a class...I'll get back to it in August, or maybe the end of June so I can get to a Maxter-centric episode by the 4th of July.
Service X Service is at least episodic. I can drop it without guilt whenever I need to, and pick it up again any time without feeling lost. It's perfect for the mood I'm in, at least in theory. here's hoping it pans out...gonna start after this post...
@CanisWolfred I get that same way, good luck! Let us know what ya think of Service X Service ( or is it Servant x Service? ) and G Gundam, when you finish it! I'm a Gundam fan and even though its nothing like the others I sill loved it.
On a side note just finished watching Akame ga Kill! and it totally felt like a waste of time. Been watching Sailor Moon Crystal and Nanatsu no Taizai (The Seven Deadly Sins). Really enjoying The Seven Deadly Sins. After I finish Sins I'll probably jump back to Fist of the North Star and finish that, I really love the older anime pre 2000's(more 80's early 90's) with the gritty art lol
Oh hey, Servant X Servant wasn't bad at all, considering the pedestrian premise. I only watched the first episode, but it was reasonably funny and the characters were at least relateable, if not likeable. Though it helps that I live in an area where more than 30% of the total employed citizens are civil servants, or at least emplyed by the state in some way, so it's familiar territory to me and I can easily get the jokes despite having no life or basic understanding of the normal human condition. That episode also had a nice ending. Seriously, I was afraid it had worn out its welcome 17 minutes in, but the last 4 or 5 minutes were pretty heartwarming and very funny. Considering it's only the first episode (which in short, episodic series like these are usually insufferable and a poor representation of the rest of the show, as its simply a base to build off of), the fact that I like it already should bode well. Now I just hope I remember to watch more tomorrow.

If you miss the 80's period of anime at all, DO IT. The original manga was inspired by Fist of the North Star and 80's Rock, and the anime feels fresh while still feeling nostalgic. Especially so from Part 2 onwards. Cyborg Nazis and Superpowered Martial Artists fighting resurrected Mayan Protovampires is only the beginning of the craziness that awaits.
Stern Ritter "D" survived Grimmjow's attack, and seems more interested in running away than fighting our heroes, but I'm sure he'll end up being more trouble than he seems...
It's revealed that Ywach's vanguard (Stern Ritters "C", "D", "M", & "X") as well as Uryuu have split up into 5 directions to search for enemies, while Halschwalth & Ywach himself have stayed in the castle.
Bazz-B of the rebel Stern Ritter (I believe he is "F") confronts Halschwalth, and reveals something interesting (a possible weakness of Ywach's). It appears that at night, while Ywach sleeps, his powers and those of Halschwalth (which haven't yet been revealed) are apparently swapped. Bazz-B looks set to kill Halschwalth while he holds Ywach's abilities, avoiding confrontation with the big man himself.
Though, it appears Bazz-B & Halschwalth have some sort of history, so we're about to enter a flashback.
I also quickly read through Riding Bean, Kenichi Sonoda's first attempt at an adrenaline feuled manga about American crime in Chicago. Unfortunately, the magazine it was being serialized in folded after only his 4th chapter, so it had to be scrapped. The main character, "Bean Bandit", was later worked into Gunsmith Cats, in a prominent re-occuring role, as a rival of sorts to that series' main character, Rally Vincent (who herself looked set to be a side character in Riding Bean, though with a bit of a different design, as she appeared in the 4th chapter).
Also started up Mermaid Saga! I just can't get enough of Rumiko Takahashi's work!
