Stern Ritter "W" (the Wind) is indeed defeated! However, the Zero Division still isn't quite able to fight Ywach directly, as now they have to contend with his personal vanguard, the strongest members of the Stern Ritter! Stern Ritter "C" (the Compulsory), Stern Ritter "D" (Death Dealer), Stern Ritter "M" (the Miracle), and Stern Ritter "X" (X-Axis).
Things aren't looking good for the Zero Division either, as one of them appears to already be dead, after getting a clear hole shot through her head by Stern Ritter "X".

You know, I had a whole list of Manga to read, but it was on my iPad before I had to do a factory restore...actually, I lost a LOT of good notes thanks to that...I gotta learn to back things up more often...
So anybody know any good manga to read? I need something to do while I listen to music...that doesn't involve reading poorly written game articles...
Well, I really don't know anything about your tastes (other than, so far at least, we seem to agree on what's good and what isn't), but I've been enjoying stuff by Senbe Kei lately. Hoozuki no Shima and Mouryou no Yurikago are both finished, both are horror/mystery that I enjoyed. His current ongoing series is Boku dake ga Inai Machi, which drops the horror of his previous work, but takes on a new crime thriller edge. It's a little slow to update, but it's been really good so far.
And then there's Prison School, which everyone should be reading.
I haven't checked in here in so long. Hello everyone!
So as the summer anime season ended, (Gekkan Shoujo, free!, barakamon, and space dandy </3)
I decided I'd watch Black butler book of circus, as I didn't watch it when it was aired.
I never really continued with the original series so I sorta knew what was happening in this one but not really?
I was wondering if anyone knew how this series placed in the black butler universe. Is it an arc, or an alternate reality?
Thanks!

@Konata It's based on the manga, as the anime had already run out of material to adapt originally (I think around episode 15 or something). Therefore, this is an adaptation of an arc in the Black Butler manga that was published sometime after the anime had deviated/ended.
Basically, think of it as something that happens around the middle of the first anime series.
Honestly, I read the Book of Circus arc and still can't remember thing one about it. Still better than the two other arcs I read that weren't in the anime. I remember those...being not very good.
Btw Canis, what did you think of G-Reco this week? Old school explosions, and classic scene compositions coupled with intense focus lines; I wasn't expecting Sunrise to go to such lengths to give Gundam a retro feel. I thought it was pretty fun to watch. XD
I saw the first episode of Log Horizon S2 today and I'm kind disappointed to say that they quickly spoiled the contents of the 7th volume within the first 10 minutes. At least the story is still good.
I fell asleep while the video was loading. I'm hoping Gundam.info will have it up on Youtube soon, actually. It'd be better than watching it via the crappy players I keep finding, plus I can watch it on my iPad from the comfort of my bed. Though I don't think even the Japanese get the streams until the 7th?
EDIT: Also, I knew I had heard of Okami-San before - Retro watched it. According to him, "it was cute."
Attack on Titan - Finally got some Titan vs. Titan battle, and it was glorious. And am I supposed to fall for that death a second time when it didn't stick the first time? At least Mikasa isn't... Bleach - Didn't watch, but I might watch the remaining episodes solely to watch its demise. Naruto Shippuden - Also didn't watch, waiting until the pacing isn't entirely unbearable at least (not that it matters since I'm 150+ episodes past this anyway). Well, actually I did briefly watch it to see the Kabuto non-plot twist, which was a great fake-out. I totally bought that he was betraying Orochimaru first time I watched this. One Piece - I love any series that can believably go from silly to serious and One Piece does this a lot. Also, considering how much everything else was distracting from this Blueno and Luffy fight, I do like how the finale of it was focused on at least. Actually a decent way to show how easily he beat him in Second Gear. Gurren Lagann - tbh, so far I'm not enjoying this as much as Kill la Kill, but I know this series' reputation so I'm willing to be patient. Fun for what it is, but clearly hasn't gotten to its BEST EVER parts yet. Hellsing Ultimate - I'll be honest, the more serious parts of this episode i barely remember. But on the plus side, the horribly out of place humor sections are starting to get so out of place that they're entertaining. So there's that.
Just saw that, though I'm sure those movies and the rest of the anime series will hold everybody over until something new comes along. I wouldn't say it would be easy for something else to take Naruto's place, but I'm sure it'll happen someday. Meanwhile, I need to finish the original series before I check out Shippuden (barring the first 5 episodes).
Back from an internet-less weekend excursion to the woods and caught up on anime and manga.
Log Horizon S2 got off to a slow start... and I'm a little miffed that it was passed over to Studio DEEN. The drop in animation quality and production value was immediately apparent. I hope the entire season doesn't consist mostly of static images with spoken dialogue over top of it.
Speaking of DEEN's "amazing" work, Fate/Stay night started out fairly slowly (prologue, expected), but I'm so glad Ufotable has taken over this series.
So now there will be less of this:
And more of this:
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
Thanks to JesuOtaku, I guess I'll be watching Space Dandy for a while. At least for the next 7 days or so, while I wait until I can watch some of the new shows coming soon. I already rewatched the first episode. Hopefully this really is one of the lesser episodes in the series. It's funny, but also kinda tame for this style of comedy, like its holding back.
Ahh @CanisWolfred, Space Dandy is one of my all time favorites. The show itself is really random which I wasn't into at first, but then it got really goooood.
I need everyone to watch that show. (At least until the Space Race episode cause that one is my favorite.)
So I just got netflix back after not having it for a while, and decided to watch Jellyfish Princess as I didn't know much about it. And it's waay funnier than I thought it'd be. I'm watching the dub, and one of the main character's brother is voiced by Ian Sinclair (Who also voices Space Dandy) and he is one of my all time favorite voice actors. I'll be finishing this one for sure.
