Im planning on buying Little Kings Story so I can take part in the gameclub again. Amazon Market Place are selling a pre-owned version for only £9.05. Should I go for it as I have never used amazon market place before. Does anyone have any past experiences with them to help me out ???
There should be a way for you to check on the feedback from the seller you're buying from. Personally I've never had any issues with it but my advice is to check out the seller beforehand.
I've bought numerous times, and the only issue I had was someone selling me a new DVD that had a big gouge through the back of the case and not the shipping envelope, so it was obviously like that before they sent it, yet they never disclosed it in the listing. I like buying on there, because in Canada at least you don't have to pay any taxes on those purchases.
I've used Amazon Marketplace both from the UK and the US and I've personally never had problems with it. It's actually many different third party sellers ranging from online stores to individual people just selling their old games. The sellers with high feedback ratings are the ones you should go for. I go for at least 98% positive. Also make sure the condition of the game (new, like new, good, etc.) is the level you're willing to put up with.
If you have any doubts, Amazon has a guarantee ensuring timely delivery and the appropriate product condition when buying through Amazon Marketplace. Amazon will back you up if the seller doesn't go through with the sale. You can read more about it at that page.
I bought the game last summer, before we started the game club at all actually. I'm glad we'll all be playing LKS together. It's going to be a lot of fun!

@StarlightYou most certainly can! But it does depend on whether the individual seller will ship internationally. You can read on their profile if international delivery is available. The purchases I've made through Amazon Marketplace:
UK -> UK US -> UK US -> US US -> Singapore
@Mickeymac I've also seen some US-based sellers on Amazon Marketplace UK too, so I think the two are linked.
