So they announced that Respawn is working on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Game takes place between 3 and 4. Supposedly coming Holiday 2019, but they didn't even show anything.
More Clone Wars era stuff coming to Battlefront 2, including Grievous.
And that's how E3 2018 was won - Star Wars: The EA Redemption.
Yeah, I'm going to wait until its out and in the hands of the players before I put away my pitchforks, mate.
Combine that with C&C Mobile: You Thought We Still Gave A Hoot?! Edition and Battlefield V Battle Royale quickly being slapped together because CoD's doing it, and I feel very justified in being wary of EA right now...
Really, only think I cared about from their conference so far is Unravel Two, but...how does the 2nd character work in solo play? I don't want to bother with another co-op platformer that offers nothing for players who can't do couch co-op...
@CanisWolfred they showed that, didn't they? The other character wraps around you when you don't need/want both around and for puzzles you switch between the two
Oh, I blinked and I missed that bit. I still couldn't tell what parts were singleplayer after that, assuming any of it was. I'll wait until I can see some raw gameplay of the singleplayer, since I really liked the first one, but...I've had bad history with games that do the whole "work together to solve puzzles!" gimmick.

That Anthem trailer felt like a waste of time. I guess I gotta wait for demo footage and Q&A to get into on the pertanent stuff. All I got was that it looked pretty and it's a co-op shooter, kind of like Destiny. How is it different? What does the progression system look like? What kind of gameplay loop are they planning? How involved is the story? What kind of content could we expect at launch?
...Not that I'm holding my breath over it, mind you - I'll probably try to rent it and beat it in 3 days, assuming it winds up being a generic Destiny clone that learned absolutely nothing from the myriad of mistakes Bungie has made with that series...I would just like to be proven wrong on that count.
I tried of comments literally have you people forgotten the Golden Rule "Do onto other as they do onto you" seriously its seems that EA are the only one that gone bad. Wishing ill on others is wrong people! @Nintendoforlife I still angry with your past comment that you from that Star Wars article you said "Putting EA and good quality game product in the same sentence was your first mistake" remember that! Why did you post hateful and threating message to me I done nothing to you? You better apologizes for that comment of yours.
Hmmm well I love sci-fi, I love open world games, I love third person shooters, and yet Anthem still feels completely generic and uninteresting to me.
I think their claim that it's a story-driven game is probably just a lie. There's no indication of that at all from what we've seen so far. Which makes you wonder why it's Bioware making it. Why are they being used for things other than what they used to be renowned for? Why did EA buy them if not to make story-driven games?
Who was that annoying harpy hosting ea? The best part of the show was when she said she was heading out to the show floor. "Oh, a jedi game. Does that mean i get to hold a light saber?". Her fake glasses must be interfering with her brain.
C&c mobile. STREAMING. Industry is colluding to steer the direction it goes. Bad news... It'll back fire like loot boxes. Don't worry, no lot boxes guyz!! Honest!
Little big Unravel, bf5, anthem look good. They'll look great for $15 next e3.
@Ryu_Niiyama be glad you have only one eye to have had to watch that travesty unfold with. Imagine having to see it with two!?
@Knuckles-Fajita Disagree on E3 setting the bar on how future support will go.
Most of the Switch's 3rd party support will be ports and mid-tier exclusives from Japanese developers. E3 on the other hand is for showing the biggest new AAA titles, the majority of which won't come to Switch.
So naturally most Switch stuff will be announced later on during TGS, Nintendo Directs, and via Twitter, not at E3.
