@IceClimbers Of course, we might see the exact same show next year still without any release dates
i mean, all jokes aside, Squeenix is probably in the best position of any company when it comes to upcoming games, especially with TWEWY, Octopath, KH3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, SaGa, and Left Alive launching this year, and DQ Builders, DQXI, and Lost Sphear having already come out this year. They've got a game output that's actually close to rivaling Nintendo's this year.
@Ryu_Niiyama Eh, Connor was just a gross character all the way around, and he really wasn't so stealthy. The stealth wasn't his fault but his whole game design was based on picking up weapons laying around and wielding them with mostly 1.5 floors of height. He was explicitly a brawler more than an assassin. Kratos with a hood. Jacob is definitely the "for Connor players" the same way Fates: Birthright was for Awakening players.
Nintendo - Pikmin 4 ready and playable
Microsoft - Fable 4
Sony - No idea. Maybe a PS4 Pro+, because they want to have more powerful hardware than Microsoft and the PS5 is still a ways off...

That's funny. What a weirdo. Still, he says he got it from 4chan. So the original source could still be legit.
4chan's very hit or miss but they did get the entire story of FFXV a month in advance. So there's definitely some industry insiders on there.
@NEStalgia LMAO. Those are some strong feelings there. He certainly didn't have all the systems in place that ezio did (all the entourage stealth and distractions) but you could mostly play the game stealthy if you wanted to. (not easily mind you which i suspect is part of your argument but it could be done)
I hope SE has a dqxi switch announcement by e3. im about ready to import the 3ds version

@Ryu_Niiyama Technically AC1 was a stealth game almost like Metal Gear and Hitman and Thief. AC2 kept some of that, but also made it a little more combat oriented...ok, fine, it worked. But AC3 just scrapped it all. You could TRY for stealth, but mostly the stealth mechanics were broken in-engine, and more importantly the landscape didn't allow for it really at all. You could try to do it, and I did, but you were really cheating the game to try to make it work that way when its the way the game should have played to begin with. I was glad to see Evie and Jacob since it kind of publicly acknowledged I was right, they'd set two play styles and had to maintain it. You CAN play stealth as Jacob....but that's not what he's really about. Like Connor.
It didn't help that he was just so very unlikable. If I liked him I could have forgiven it somewhat....but not that....
I'm convinced DQXI and Deep Down will be announced together...... You heard it hear first.

@Ryu_Niiyama My fan fic theory is that Aiden Pierce was captured by Abstergo and Connor is, in fact, his own ancestor. They both have the same personality of a cement slab.
@Dezzy He comes across as what is known as an attention wh**e. And very hit and miss indeed. That Radiant Dawn bastardization he mentioned was also quite laughable. As for certain 4chan members being right sometimes: even a broken clock is right two times a day, so I wouldn't put any stock in that at all.
Heck, if Nintendo is actually going to show Pikmin 4 I could also go "See? Told you so. I called it."
But I won't. Much like the guy that made that Xbox prediction video, most of us can take a relatively accurate educated guess as to what all parties are going to show, based upon snippets of information we've seen or received so far, so I think that even the average Joe could get at least 50 to 60% right.

EA: Well we know that Battlefield, Anthem and Sports games will show up. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they'll try and bring back Dragon Age. It'll go over as well as ME: Andromeda when it finally releases.
Bethesda: Haven't revealed at all what it'll be about. We know ES:VI isn't even close to started yet so let's see. Doom would be the safe bet from id Software, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say RAGE 2 is going to be announced. From Arkane, Prey 2 is probably in the works. It's too soon for MachineGames to make any announcements, so we probably will only see them if the Switch version of Wolfenstein 2 is given a release date during the Nintendo Direct.
Square Enix: They'll be following the direct format this year instead of a conference, which is a plus in my book. We know KH3 will likely get a release date, and probably a reveal of Arendelle. As for surprises? I honestly don't expect anything more than a FF spinoff, but that's fine with what they have already to show.
Ubisoft: Assassain's creed has gone a whole year without an entry, so I imagine we'll see the first trailer for one due maybe... 2020? Far Cry 5's spinoff title will probably be teased, Just Dance of course, and... I'm going to go out on a limb, and say a new Rayman platformer.
Microsoft: There was already a whole discussion earlier, I'm not going to bother trying to figure out what they'll announce again.
Nintendo: I'm just going to guess the big surprise will be Animal Crossing and a new IP from Retro. No need for detailed discussion here.
Sony: Uh... man this is hard to predict. Naughty Dog is obviously tied up in LOU part II which will probably have gamplay show. Bend is working on Days Gone, so that'll show. Japan Studios just might have something new to show from Team ICO? But I think that won't be until next year. Media Molecule will almost certainly show gameplay from Dreams, Concrete Genie is probably going to have gameplay. I think it's too soon for the next Grand Turismo to be revealed. I don't think MLB 19 will be revealed yet (it's usually shown later in the year, right?) Ghost of Tsushima will probably get a trailer, and that covers all their studios. And of course Spiderman will show. So anything we do see as a surprise will almost certainly be a collaboration, and thus rather hard to predict. I'm guessing whatever the big surprise is, it'll be a new IP, but who knows what?
@NEStalgia No man, that's not what's going to happen. Sony, the current top dog, is going to slack off, and will show games that are supposed to be playable in 2019, but at least half of them will somehow, inexplicably also appear in next year's E3 and will STILL not be ready.
Microsoft is the cornered dog, and although not quite on their last legs, they will simply HAVE to ace this E3, and they will. Not because they're that great, but simply because it's do or die. They just can't afford to f*** it all up for a second time.
And finally Nintendo, the underdog. But regardless of that position, they're going to win the entire show with just one game, much like they did with BotW, only this year, that winning game will be one of many games shown, and it will be either Pikmin 4 or Metroid Prime 4.
