So I once watched some of the movie Mewtwo Strikes Back (don't judge, non-Pokemon fans) in order to review it for my YouTube channel. But I have to ask the obvious: how many different versions are there? The version I watched had a ten minute-long opening explaining Mewtwo's origin. It was great...but...then I find out there's another version of the opening with someone dying?!! Could someone please help?!? Thanks!

@ForgottenArctic For the best info like this, I encourage you to look at either Bulbapedia or Serebii. You'll get much better results than groping on forums hoping someone knows the exact details.
