They play the Heat. Winner of that goes on to the championship game.

I wouldn't hate the Heat as much as I do if they didn't get some of the most absurd foul calls I've ever seen. Over half the time if they miss a shot, the refs call a foul even if the call actually wasn't even close to being a foul. Watch reruns of last night's game and watch and listen closely. About half the fouls called against the Celtics were called late after Miami's shot hit the rim. They also get absolutely no fouls called against them. Ever wonder why the Celtics won game 3? Well it was because the refs were actually calling fouls against Miami, which meant all the Celtics had to do was have KG drive to the hoop. In every other game the Celtics had to take outside shots because they knew they knew that trying to draw a foul in those games were hopeless. (They are also old and unable to get around the Heat, which is also a reason) Miami is a good enough team without getting a handicap from the refs. I also lost some respect for James in the final seconds of the last game. Was it really necessary for him to do a fancy layup when the Celtics knew they lost and were practically getting ready to return to the bench. Last time I checked when you have the lead in the final 10 seconds of a game by a good amount your supposed to let the time drain out, not dunk all over the other team to rub it in their face. That is just a jerk move there.

I find this difficult to believe. You are the first person I have ever seen to complain about bad calls losing the ENTIRE series for a team. The Celtics were outplayed in the final minutes of Game 5, aswell as the whole series. Bad calls are apart of the game, and there was some questionable calls (against BOTH teams), but Boston was simply outplayed.

(They are also old and unable to get around the Heat, which is also a reason)

You just summed up the entire series. This is the real reason the Celtics lost.

I also lost some respect for James in the final seconds of the last game. Who cares? LeBron would've been fouled and that would've just slowed the pace of the game, and the crowd was loud and he was in the heat of the moment. Him and Wade have been getting knocked out by this very same Boston team year after year. Revenge tastes sweet.

Why all the Heat hate? I'd rather it be a new team in the Finals and win it this year then another Lakers/Celtics/Spurs championship. That just gets boring.

i think a lot of people are just hoping Lebron fails. Doesn't matter much to me as my team is gone and the teams i really didn't want to make it are gone as well. I agree with you also about the Lakers and Celtics as i said before. Either way its going to be a new team or a team that hasn't won a championship in a long time.

Well, the Lakers and Celtics are already out so maybe there won't be.

Yeah, I am normally a Knicks fan, but I have always liked the Heat, dating back to their 2006 when D-Wade and Shaq were my favorite players. And LeBron was always a favorite. Thats the reason why I am routing for them now.

The "being old" part is the biggest factor indeed, and you do make a good argument, but I don't know how you could back up anyone who did what Lebron did in those last ten seconds of game 5. THAT one move he pulled off is one of the the biggest reasons I want the Heat to go down in flames. A highly respected player that a lot of people look up to should have no reason to be doing that sort of thing. And did you see what he did after he won? He celebrated like he just won the Finals. Charles Barkley even called him out pretty much saying "Why is he celebrating like he was?"
I do like Wade though. He's a great player and I always do like how he always seems to outscore LeBron, too.

The main reason I want the Heat to lose is because of LeBron. I used to be a fan of his when he was with Cleaveland but the moment he did that one hour "special" to decide which team he was going with, my respect for him just went out the window. He embarrased his hometown and his team on National television. It seemed like he only cared about himself and not the people around him.

I felt like he just gave up not only on his team, but on his hometown as well. Even Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan criticized him for leaving his team high and dry. They said they wouldn't have done that without at LEAST winning a championship for their team. That's the main reason I dislike the Heat. If LeBron didn't have such a big ego and leave the way he did, I'd be pulling for Miami all the way. I like Dwayne Wade and all, but can't stand Lebron. It's a shame too because he used to be everyone's favority underdog, mine especially.

@Ballkirby: Did you watch the post game press conference? The Celtics are the reason why the Big 3 came together in the first place. Like I said, Wade and LeBron were both sent fishing last year because of Boston, and it's been like that for the past few years. They finally have slain their dragon. And it got emotional for them. They have every reason to have celebrated the way they did.

@Vinstigator: I don't agree with how he left Cleveland either. But LeBron was Cavaliers. There was no other option for scoring on that team. The organization didn't want to bring in anyone else. (Shaq was too old and was having a bad season.) Magic and Jordan didn't and couldn't win 5 and 6 rings by themselves.

I don't understand. He doesn't deserve the hate he gets for it. Other players have done much worse. Kobe raped a girl and everyone still loves him.

It wasn't "they". It was solely LeBron. He was celebrating, and crying on the floor with tears of joy. Meanwhile, Bosh and Wade were shaking hands with the Celtics and congratulating each other's efforts. Did LeBron shake hands with anyone? Nope, he was too busy dancing around like he just won the NBA finals. If Barkley says that he shouldn't be doing that yet, he shouldn't be doing that yet. I don't think there is anyone, ANYONE, who is a bigger you-know-what in the NBA. Kobe may have sexually assaulted a girl and made some questionable remarks (I don't understand why, he should be smarter then that counting how well his early life was, and the fact that he could pretty much get anyone he wants), but at least he respects other players.

I hate to say, but in LeBrons case I can't blame him for leaving. Even if he wanted to win a championship, I'm not sure it would have happened in Cleveland. Look where they went without him this year? Bottom of the barrel. So it goes to show he had to carry that whole freakin team. I don't love the guy and I do admit his reasons are purely selfish, but I think he felt like he had no chance of getting a championship in Cleveland. No one was really helping him achieve that. Jordan at least had Pippen.

Jordan had Rodman too, now another Hall of Famer. As well as many other really good players around him. Not putting Jordan down, he was great.

Lol dude. You don't know that. LeBron did say multiple times that he respects that team.

Grizzlies and Thunder Game 7 Monday at 3:30 pm est. I can't wait to watch that one, don't care for either team, but I hope its a good game with lots of drama

Grizzlies are one hell of an 8th seed team. Oklahoma was expected to do really well in the playoffs this year so this will be interesting.
