i love your prototype lunchmeats could you test it out some time? im willing to give you my full report on if it was a good change also how do you guys have acsess to editing the news section?
We will work on that when the social aspects are taken care of, such as the mail and chat, and user profiles...

Well, the first time a user starts the mail app, it creates that person's own XML file, like lunchmeats.xml
I already have everybody's own .xml file the system makes when they register, it includes their username and encrypted password... but working off of that wouldn't be too good probably as that would expose their password...right?
no, it's fine. So are the files like USERNAME.xml?
yes they are "username.xml" in a certain directory that has everybody's... could you work off of that possibly?

Oh yeah, I knew how to do it, but just that every message has a number, and they are all in order, meaning when deleting it would have to go through every message to re-number it. But those numbers are usless, so I just got rid of them.

@Lunchmeats101 When a message is sending (or deleting, ect.) we should have some sort of notification that it is, because a blank page is misleading and will cause much frustration for users.
so how much space has this website taken up on the servers so far. want to know becuase if we have alot of people on then it meens definite lag for everyone
Not much at all really, but we only have about 400 users so far, also I might just look for a different server before buying a domain, because lag will become an issue, unlimited bandwidth would be a must at that point...

Editable pages are just a concept right now, I am working on that then there will be tools available for mods to edit such pages...

Actually I have thought of pay-pal but i don't currently have an account, and I figure it will be better to do that at a later time when the website is more "established". As far as high scores they will come into play when the games section actually gets some games, haha!
The Buzz App will be worked on after the mail and chat apps are completed, until then we need to focus on the social aspects, as this is the main point of the site!
