Topic: the saddest day of my life

I went over to my gamestop and i asked to pick up bowsers inside story but they said they DIDN'T HAVE IT! Apparently, Sept. 14 is the "shipping date" and it wouldnt b availible until two more days!!! That just about ruined my day, and basically made me never trust gamestop ever again. And EVERY OTHER PLACE HAD IT BUT I HAD TO GET A RESERVATION AT GAMESTOP!

Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for my catharsis.

If this is the saddest day of your life, then you've had a pretty great life. And this is why I only put the $5 down on preorders. That way if I find it somewhere else I can always move the $5 over to something else and buy the game somewhere else.

It might get worse for some people. Any Swayze fans out there?

Omg thats pretty heartbreaking but...there is a bright side to all this... i got the game today and it RULES! I also go to bestbuy for getting games day 1 cuz they always have i. i'd also call the store and ask before going there just some advice!t

What's even worse? I tried to get it today, and NO ONE around here had it. I didn't preorder, but I feel bad for those that did preorder and didn't get the game today

I pre-ordered... My mom didn't stop to get it though... I was still angry because I had to go dig up 6 rows of potatoes, and was reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaallly hoping that when I got home, there was the DS game of my dreams sitting on the counter.

ryanknight717: Might I ask where in the country you are? Not east coast I'd assume, because nobody EVER has games on ship day around here, be it Gamestop, Best Buy, or whatever! I kind of wish every game was street dated to avoid all this ship date confusion... sigh
