Topic: How to fix DSi shoulder buttons (stripped screws)

I've been trying to fix the shoulder buttons of a DSi recently.

I messed up and stripped a couple screws so I can't take it apart. Here's a photo of the screw that won't come out.

Are there any alternative methods to fixing the shoulder buttons or am I out of luck?
