Topic: Have you ever met anyone who DOESN'T like Scribblenauts?

So far every person ive suggested it to loves it, but has anyone uve suggested it to NOT like it? just asking

My, this topic HAS been coming up a lot lately, hasn't it? To answer your question, yes, I have. I met myself about 20 years ago, in fact. I bought the game, thinking it would be awesome. It turned out to suck, so I sold it on eBay, making a (very) slight profit on the deal.

Apparently stuffgamer1 and theblackdragon are heartless shells of human beings, because I can't imagine how any person with a heart and an imagination wouldn't enjoy the living crap out of this game.

Hitler hates this game. As for me, I love it.

What a ridiculous topic, the game just came out. The average person wouldn't have a clue what Scribblenauts even is.

@Kid_A: I won't speak for theblackdragon, but I can't imagine how anybody could enjoy the game with its craptastic controls and questionable word recognition! And yet it seems more people do than don't.

@Digiki: The average NLife user can't get away from all the Scribblenauts-related threads, not to mention the pre-release hype.

Scribblenauts and Flipnote were exactly the same. They were both hyped up for so long that everyone was so emotionally invested in it that they couldn't dislike it for at least a month. Come back in a month and you'll get a lot more responses.
I personally haven't played it yet because it hasn't been released but I'll most likely love it.

The reviews of it are good, so assuming that the reviewers played the entire game, then the game isn't bad. I personally haven't spent a lot of time playing -- Blame it on Guitar Hero 5 and Dragon Quest 5. And I'm stuck on a level. I'd say what I don't like about the game is that the difficulty is uneven. There are at least two very difficult levels at the beginning of the game. I would expect the early levels to be fairly easy, and then the harder stages at the end.

Not one of my friends liked the game. Two have already sold theirs, one to me. I haven't played it yet. But so far, haven't found a friend that DOES like it.

it was a pretty boring game, so i guess i am another that doesn't like it.

Um, I may sound dumb. But what kind of game is Scribblenauts? A puzzle game? It's not available in germany yet.

Everyone I've shown it to has had to be asked to put it down so that we can finally do something else. Except Hitler, of course, but I think he really was just disappointed that racial slurs weren't in its dictionary.

I liked the game but not enough to keep it. I managed to return it at the store where I bought it and I even got to keep my rooster hat. I'll probably pick it up again when it drops in price. I think that it is a good game and it can be fun but there are better games out there, in my opinion.

Wow sarcasm really doesn't translate well on the internet does it? That was meant to be a joke but I guess it just came off as offensive. My bad, I actually totally understand why some people don't like it. The controls can be a hassle.
