@gcunit As soon as I posted I noticed the date of the original and thought your not going to get an answer.
I totally understand what you mean about selling my things, and that is something I have deliberated for a long long time now. But overall the past memories are going to filled with new one's, and as part of the trip includes going to Nintendo world to buy many replacement items, it makes it feel different for me.
And when I look at the massive number of boxes of things I have amassed over the years it really does seems too much to keep it all. And in no way am I going to sell everything that I remember fondly, although there will be many regrets. But as an example I bought an ambassador 3DS and a pokeball 2DS which I never used, they both make good money and what do they really hold as memories for me. if I never even used.
Anyway I am going off to have another internal cry at the decision I made, thank you!!! And hopefully I will be around here in a few years to tell the tale.
I tend to sell mine once I've finished with the game or have uploaded the data to a blank MFC chip.
The price people pay for these plastic DLC codes is ridiculous so I will happily make a profit from them.
The only 1 I wouldn't really consider selling (unless the offer is craz high) would be my Loot Goblin because its such a cool looking collectable. Just a shame I dont play Diablo as often on switch as I do on Xbox.
I buy things that I want, I never buy them to sell later.
Thats why I have a whole load of C64 tapes and Floppy disks (Which probably dont work now)
But back to the question, no I will not sell my Amiibos because I like the little statues, I never actually use them in game, really need to create a little (well not so little) display case for them.

Lol, what the heck did I post in this thread that could be deemed to be flaming or arguing? No memory of that one. Apologies all round I guess.
I can't imagine amiibo really growing in value much now, so it would seem a hassle to sell them off individually for not much gain. I have bought a few doubles to keep boxed, and the space they take up could be a factor someday (seriously, why the heck is Detective Pikachu so flippin' big?). But I think I like too many of them to ever decide to bundle them all up and be rid, so mine are probably mine until I'm dust.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
Hah, I've just discovered why my thread got moderated. @Rambler made the A-Team reference, so I replied back, "Shut up, fool!" a la B.A. Baracus, but the 80s is now so long ago that the Moderator didn't understand the reference and removed it. FML. I pity the fool.
