Im in the U.S. And none of the retailers seam to know anything about the mario maker or chibi robo bundles.

Im sure ill find a way to snag the 8-bit mario, but im worried about the chibi robo amiibo. Will it come with the game??

The Chibi-Robo amiibo is exclusive to the bundle. I have seen absolutely no indication anywhere that it will be made available separately (which comes as no surprise considering the relative obscurity of Chibi-Robo). The game will be available separately, but the amiibo won't be.
