It says my amiibo departed Lexington, KY at 8:28am this morning. I don't even live in that state (VA here, which is a neighbor to KY but still, Lexington is a long long way from me).
Currently it's "In transit" and not "out for delivery." It still indicates that my package will be delivered today by End of Day.

So yea, apparently they "forgot" about preorders and just sold the meta knights to whoever, and mine was sold away...
Despite how upset I was at their poor business practice, they somehow convinced me to hold on to the preorder for the next shipment, whenever it arrives...
Anyways they gave me a coupon for $5 off any Wii U or 3DS game, good for today and tomorrow only tho.
And you know what, the same thing happened to my copy of Smash Bros when it launched, they just "forgot" and sold it away...
Ugh, once I get my meta knight, I'm officially done with Best Buy for good.
