Got Metaknight today, though it looks like there are some splatters of black paint on the mask. Ah well. I have him, and that's all that matters.

Every Meta Knight has some black spatters on the mask.

On my way to pick up Megaman now! I hope to see a Metaknight while I'm there, especially as I'd never been to this particular BB before and yesterday when I went there there were a TON of amiibo there. (I mean a ton. Shelves were overflowing, amiibo were sitting on top of displays cause the racks were full, and there was an extra basket full of Bowsers and others) but I'm trying to not get too optimistic about it...

No Meta Knight delivery today. Time to head home from this radio station I work at. Will try again Monday. I won't be receiving any Saturday shipments because everything I order online I have shipped to my workplace and not my apartment.

Welp. No Metaknight. When I asked if they still had one the guy was like "Lol no" so....yeh. Expected.

@Ryno - Says my package made it to the city that's one hour west from me. Still indicates "in transit: on time" but hasn't gotten to the "out for delivery" status yet.

@TeeJay - I'm jelly. I'd rather have Mega Man than Meta Knight, regardless of how rare MK is.

No seriously Megaman was one of my most wanted amiibo. I just figured I'd inquire about MK while I was there.

A lot of people aren't against capitalism, they're just against those who choose to take sales away from honest fans at MSRP for the sole purpose of extorting money out of them because they know they'll pay it. Just sayin.

I finally opened up my first amiibo, Toon Link today (to go with Ganondorf WW HD). These things are so awesome looking. I'm debating whether or not to open my others. Sometimes, I wish I didn't have the collectors mentality! haha...

I just said screw it. I'm not ever gonna sell my collection anyways so I have no need of preserving new status, and they take up SO much space in the boxes, and they look so good on a shelf. Throw Skull Kid in there, Ganondorf, a few other figures and call it a day.

I actually collected all 20 of the Pokemon Rumble NFC figures (18 + 2 pre order exclusives) and have those lined up in the window sill. Figures are meant to be displayed out of the package,

That's my two cents anyways.

For me collecting is more about showing my love for the subject and less about keeping its value. So I open everything.

Lucky, I only have 1 and my wife and I actually enjoy the game very much

@DefHalan @JaxonH, Yeah, you are guys are right. I'm leaning more and more towards opening them. Its not like I am planning on selling them anyway.
