Topic: Where will I get the New 3DS?

A BRAND NEW New 3DS. It can be XL but doesn't have to be.
I think they deleted them from Europe and I'm scared of extra payment/taxes from Amazon. Is there ANY legit online shop in Europe where they're still sold? Not used ones though.

@Osk6r you might be able to find a new New 3DS XL, but the regular New 3DS was only made briefly, and If you your find a regular New 3DS, it's probably VERY overpriced.

If you cannot find new, Nintendo's refurbished in the US are high quality. They even come in new boxes like from a store. If you can get Nintendo refurbished in your region, they are likely the same high quality

@Osk6r Sadly in europe it is super hard to find a new 3DS nowaday (being the regular or XL format).

I bough a new XL this year and it was a nightmare to find one at a good price, Nintendo keep saying they didn't stop supporting the system, yet the system is nowhere to be found...

Your best bet is either searching stores and hoping to find one that is trying to sell the leftovers (if you're superlucky you may even get the console at a good price) or you could try on eBay.
Indeed eBay is probably the best route, but you'll need to check everyday and have patience, most consoles there are overpriced and the ones sold at a regular or even cheap price gets sold very quickly when they show up.

I think it was only America where regular New 3DS was limited to Limited Edition bundles (as XL was the primary console version).

But, yes, people have said New 3DS pretty much hasn't been made in a couple years anywhere, so finding a new one that hasn't been bought and hugely marked up by a reseller isn't likely.
