@Bluefire007
Wii U has Fire Emblem GBA, Fire Emblem Sacred Stones, Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon (can split map on gameplay and play on TV, it's awesome) and can play Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and has Tokyo Mirage Sessions.
And 3DS has Fire Emblem Awakening, Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright, Conquest and Revelation, Fire Emblem Echoes, plays Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon, and if you're an Ambassador, Fire Emblem Sacred Stones.
Now, my Wii U also plays Fire Emblem Path of Radiance from GameCube. And my 3DS has every Fire Emblem game ever made, in English (thank you fan translations) installed as an icon on my home menu (aside from the 2 console entries FE9/10). I fully endorse buying whatever they sell. But for older games that they don't sell, I just install them myself as virtual console. It's fantastic having the original FE and Gaiden from NES, Mystery of the Emblem, Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776 from SNES, Binding Blade, Blazing Sword and Sacred Stones from GBA, Shadow Dragon and Heroes of Light and Shadow from DS, and Awakening, Fates and Echoes from 3DS all in English, all in a folder together (and soon, FE Warriors).
I doubt we'll see real VC on Switch at this point, which is a shame because I would love to have an ultimate collection on that system.

@Bass_X0 Which is sad given Nintendo could very easily port some of the NES virtual console games that the Wii U got like Earthbound Origins, Ice Hockey, Golf, etc over to the 3DS.
I have never figured out Nintendo's logic with the 3DS Virtual Console. What is the benefit of not putting as many games on their best-selling handheld while putting these same games on a home console that sold poorly?
I would guess that they focused on the VC on the Wii U to encourage sales of the console. The 3DS was already a big seller with or without the VC so they didn't need to try as hard with it. Nintendo really needed to secure an amount of key titles to make the Wii U VC an even more attractive prospect for fans of retro games.
The lack of Genesis games really hurt the Wii U VC. I have no idea or possible guesses why Sega did not show any support after the large amount of their VC games on the original Wii. And we really needed a far stronger showing from Square Enix. I also don't get why publishers had a tendency to focus on their known crappy games and ports already on the service while leaving their good desired games continue to go unreleased. I can only assume that they wanted to push the crap out first and make a few sales of them before treating everyone to their remaining good games - only the decline didn't allow for that to pass.
I don't know what Konami is playing at right now. They're giving us crappy TG16 games while denying us the likes of Rondo of Blood which would sell. That hasn't even been released in Japan so we can't expect it to be released.
Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.
I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!
Would be nice to have the tg16 3ds games Japan has and then some or continue Gameboy VC such as the other 3 Castlevanias or the other first party Nintendo titles like solar striker, f1 race and both star tropics.
