This is the 3rd time I sent it for repair. They told me they sent me a factory certified system and told me that it's brand new and that it was assembled from scratch. But I had the same exact problem with it.... The R button. I originally only sent it for the left arrow direction pad. The R button problem was AFTER I got the factory certified system. They keep telling me it's not refurbished or used, that's it's brand new. But is this true or is Nintendo lying to me? Aren't they supposed to be giving me a brand new one? They keep telling me it is but it doesn't even look like it and especially doesn't feel like it. Why is Nintendo lying to people about their warranty?
