I did some research and discovered who may be behind the copyright claim against the use of Attack on Titan as a name in gaming media in Europe.
It may actually be the work of a copyright troll of sorts - the company in question operates in the online and social gambling area - PT Entertainment Ltd and has trademarked the following terms in Europe.
Titan Bet
Titan Casino
Titan Poker
Titan (This is the trademark being used to oppose the use of Attack on Titan in Europe in gaming media)

So will this company release Attack on Titan Casino then? The games from what I read aren't even close in relation beyond the Titan name, then again Sky news sued MS over Skydrive after the name was being used for 2-3 years and won. They only sued after MS announced bundling it into the OS. If the company is European, there is no chance that Atlus can release it in Europe.
I hate these kind of companies. You know what? I'm going to get copyright on the word 'and'. Then I can sue everyone I want! Also, dit King get any copyright on the word Crush? That one's still available, let's get a copyright and sue King!
