I'm in Australia, is it out at 12am AEST? I'm not sure if I should get it at midnight or buy the retail version at Target for $44. It's a $15 saving but is getting it asap and not having to switch cards worth the money? Decisions decisions.
I've played few hours now and I really enjoy it. 5 more characters to unlock Tried every mode at least once. Online worked better than Brawl's online even though I used my phone to share internet connection to my 3DS. Gotta go to school soon. Most of my classmates pre-ordered Smash and don't have it yet but on Monday it's time for some 4 player matches.
Check out my Gaming Nonograms thread here on Nintendo Life if you are into Picross or other similar games.
Considering how big the game is, it will probably take 3 hours to download.
Only 9k blocks, so depending on the speed, it'll be less. lol
I know because I think Rune Factory 4 or Senran Kagura Burst (can't remember which one) are are about 13k and only took an hour for me.

Keep it PG-13-ish.
Got the game just now at GameStop... I walk up to the store doors and immediately two guys are getting in each others faces about to start a fight... Typical. A real life Smash fight!
Wait really? I'm so confused now...well I started downloading less than 10 minutes ago and already past 10%...so, maybe it is 9k.
Maybe its a misunderstanding and the 17k is actually the Wii U's size...? I dunno, but whatever. lol
It's been 20 minutes and it's half way done downloading. I guess 20 more minutes left.
