Topic: SDXC Cards and the 3DS: Partition Editors

Hey there, I'm having a ton of trouble getting my SDXC card to work on my 3DS, so I'd like to ask those who have made their SDXC cards work on their 3DS's a few questions.
I reformatted the card and changed its partition to FAT32. My 3DS recognizes that the card exists, but any time I try to boot up anything that takes up 100 or more blocks of space, I get an error message.
I've tried editting the partition's packet sizes to 4KB, 8KB, 16KB, 32KB, and 64KB, but that didn't fix my problem.
I can record videos and play NES games without problems, but any time I try to do more than that, an error message says that the card has been removed, or that I need to shut the system off.
I'm fully aware that SDXC cards aren't supposed to work on the 3DS, but I've been hearing all over the place that people have been able to force them to work.

This guy's 3DS can also recognize SDXC cards, but I'm not sure if he can actually play games on it.
My questions are directly targetting the people who got their SDXC cards to work from this news article.

"Having a 128GB SDXC.....I'll download everything, I also take a lot of 3D.....ya right now I'm only using about 25GB of it, I'm sure it will last me till the 256/512GB or even the 1-2TB cards come out"
"You can actually use SDXC cards with the 3DS, so take out your 64GB / 128 GB SD cards"
"If you're looking long-term though, I'd say to invest in one of those compatible 64/128GB cards"

Who knows, maybe most of these guys are just assuming that SDXC cards will work?

Anyway, after trying all kinds of things to get the SDXC card to work, I thought that the problem might be with the partition editor I'm using (EaseUS).
So, to the people who HAVE been using SDXC cards, which partition editor should I reformat my card with?

One advice tip: DON'T EVEN USE SDXC CARDS.

Yes, you can format them to FA32, but it has a very high chance of corruption if you do so. I just recommend buying a 32 GB instead.

What he said ^^ . Unless you plan to record many 3d videos, download every eShop game and demo, and download your retail games, 32 GB is more than enough for 3DS' lifespan. Even if you save many 3d videos and fotos, its better to have one SD for gaming and another for music, videos and photos,

The later part is easier said than done. I bought my 8 GB SD card earlier this year, and expected to use it only for HC games. Soon I used it for everything.
