<link removed> and old 3ds's alike with 9.2 and 9.7 firmware. Hopefully this won't be needed next gen but now N3ds owners and people on the latest firmware will be able to launch imported games.

load (retail) games from other regions, something you can't do normally.

So far I'm enjoying bravely second with the new regionfour hack by smealum
