OK, I just recieved a new panel through SpotPass and I don't think it came with the system update. Kid Icarus: Uprising Panel. Anyone else got a panel from this wave?

It's not a 3rd wave. It is only a new puzzle. Kid Icarus: Uprising, this is to celebrate the upcoming launch. Although, if it were to have a 3rd wave, I would want it to have:
Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Xenoblade Chronicles
Luigi's Mansion 2
Mario Party 9
Dillon's Rolling Western
Kirby's Epic Yarn
And Pokemon.
