... Maybe pokemon? I was originally going to suggest fire emblem, but I know that this site lacks FE fans. . There's very few of us.

I think there's been a pokemon themed round already... What about sidekicks? Or Konami?

This is a post of one I made a while ago, but I would like to submit it! The sprite for Paladin Cecil from the original SNES Final Fantasy 4 is one of the prettiest sprites I think ever made, and it's small!

Oh, wow. I figured there'd be a sequel, but I didn't expect it so soon. Before you ask, there may or may not be a Fallblox/Crashmo contest thread depending on whether the game itself features something comparable. I wouldn't be too surprised if Nintendo held their own contests, since it's been done for games like WarioWare DIY and Mario Vs. Donkey Kong. If not, though, I'll be glad to do it for them.

Anyways, WhiteKnuckle gets my vote again this time.

@Zyrac Well, it is pretty much the best selling item in the E-shop. :3 anyway, there's room for a lot more customization in this entry!

JumpMad managed to win this one using the first level he ever made. That's kind of impressive.

The next theme, then: Metroid. Not sure why I didn't think of that one myself, really. Enter by 11:59PM BST on Wednesday 24th October.

I'm not sure why I decided to make such a complicated Pullblox, but I think this one turned out quite nicely. It also solves pretty well, although there's a lot of slowdown about halfway through.

I wonder if all the Pullblox contests will just migrate to Fallblox. I'm pretty sure that with the 3D puzzles and the hovering block system, I'd epically fail at trying to make anything remotely playable. It seems like such a complicated system, compared to this game!

_{and rescuing birds seems kind of trivial, since they can just fly away and whatnot}

I'm not sure if this one's admissible, so let me know if you think this qualifies!

My intention was to poke fun at how similar Samus and Mega Man are. There is a sprite from Metroid where Samus' suit matches the colours of Mega Man's. I wanted to have Samus in that suit with her gun to Mega Man's back. For some reason I just couldn't get it to look right, and after a brainstorm somehow ended up deciding to go with this! I think the concept is pretty adorable, since instead of one having a gun to the other's back, Mega Man is just trying to help out! Also, the puzzle itself is pretty tricky, I'm excited to hear what people think!

While I think some people may wonder what that has to do with Metroid, I've never felt the need to be strict about entries. I'll pretty much allow anything as long as it has some reasonable connection to the theme (and doesn't break an explicit rule, but most themes don't have any).
