In this awesome-looking platformer, you'll push and pull on pieces of the background to manipulate the levels, sort of like Kirby's Epic Yarn taken to the next level. Looks incredibly promising. Japanese release next week, expect an impression thread then.
Says something about drawing pixels too. It looks kind of cute. I can't get the videos to play so I only saw about 5 seconds of gameplay. Knowing Nintendo though this won't come over here for a long time.

Intelligent Systems released a game for DSiWare called Link 'n' Launch; I wouldn't put it past them to call it Push and Pull or Push 'n' Pull, amirite? for a NA release. They may be Intelligent, but that doesn't mean they're creative. i've gotta start keeping these puns to myself

So, I've played the game for a bit, up to level 74. Impressions so far:
*There seems to be 198 levels total - 11 "worlds" with 18 levels each. *The worlds are not "themed", but they're collections under a specific banner - world 2 and 4 are brain teaser puzzles with generic designs, while world 3 has levels in shapes of various objects. These image levels put a lot more focus on looking stylish than over how well they play as levels, and are incredibly easy as a result. *World 1 is an overly lengthy tutorial that gets really boring and repeats itself a lot. World 5 is another tutorial that introduces new items to the mix (like buttons that push the block all the way out, and warp zones). *The challenge hasn't been all that high as of yet. Way too many levels are just slightly more complex versions of earlier levels (and no harder to solve), and once you pick up the general techniques of how to drag high blocks all the way out by pulling them sideways, most "different" puzzles end up being solved in mostly the same way. *By pressing L, you can rewind time in case you made a mistake, or screwed up a jump. Very handy feature, more puzzle games should have this. *In case anyone was wondering, this is a pure logic puzzle game. No fighting, and no action besides your guy having to jump between still platforms every now and then. *The challenge bobs very up and down. As mentioned, world 3 with it's image puzzles is extremely easy, and the other worlds don't seem to have a very logical ordering of their levels. Each level has a difficulty rating of one to three starts, but this seems completely arbitrary and rarely gives an idea of the actual levels. The last level in world 3 gets 3 stars, and is one of the easiest "puzzles" in the game.
Worth it, though? Yeah. It's fun, pretty lengthy, and requires at least a bit of brain work.
I've said it elsewhere, but I'm calling it here, too. You play the game as a chibi sumo wrestler. We will never see this game in North America.
I think there is still a chance of it coming because their is little text so it does not require that much work, their is an audience for it, and it is on the e-shop so they don't have to pay shipping and other costs.
I'm surprised that NOA actually seems to be trying to get this game stateside, considering their willingness to bring over Picross e. Game looks very interesting, and is definitely a title the eShop needs right now.

@Martyn: OK. So I was wrong. It happens. It wasn't really meant to be offensive as some of you seemed to take the statement, or really a call as if I knew. It was a bet considering NOA's historical (not just recent) refusal to bring over anything that at it's core LOOKS inescapably Japanese. The entire concept of chibi-ANYTHING is very japanese, as is sumo-wrestling. I love the character design. But it SCREAMS Japan. I saw it not as another Xenoblade or Last Story, even though those are the ones on everyone's mind (and I mourn them, too), but rather, I saw it as another Doshin the Giant or Captain Rainbow or President Cat. Those, too, are games Americans have wanted... but games NOA deemed too Eastern too sell to Westerners. This looked no different. I'm glad to finally be proven wrong. Maybe Nintendo of America will begin to do things right from here...

Doshin the Giant was supposed to come to North America on the GameCube, but it was never localized. And Captain Rainbow is just too bizarre and Japanese for the Western market.
But then again, we did get 2 Chibi-Robo games (one on GameCube, one on DS). And those games are just about a tiny robot cleaning and exploring the big world...

My point exactly. All Nintendo-produced titles. No reason why we can't get limited runs of these things, but instead, we never see them at all. And these are titles that while, yes, are weird, are very well received in the other side of the market.
It just seemed likely based on the design of this game that we wouldn't see it, either.

Oh and in case anyone is complaining that this game doesn't have level sharing, they are currently making an update which turns levels into QR codes for sharing purposes among other things.
Probably why it is taking its sweet time getting here.
