@KittenKoder, damn... I just finished breeding a 5IV Torchic and it was hell. I went through like 50 males before getting a female. However, I can probably make some flawless ones now since I finally got mine! xD
What makes Togekiss so hard is that you have to evolve the Togepis to Togetics, the ones you are going to breed. With most others it's just a matter of mixing items and parents, and then hatching eggs, Togepi breeding requires you have to spend time and effort to get the friendship level maxed on each tier.

NNID: KittenKoder ..... what else would it be?
First of all, I pretty much view Charizard and Manectric kinda useless without a Mega Stone. If anything, you should give your Manectric a Choice Scarf so that it can at least outspeed most of it's opponents and do damage on them.
Second, you really needed a physical wall. Blastoise could probably fill in that role as it is a pretty good rapid spinner(something you really needed on your team).
Flygon was an unfortunate case because it didn't do anything really lol... I'd recommend giving it a nature that increases speed such as Jolly or giving it a choice scarf because yours was surprisingly slow. Its also not the best dragon in the shed o I also recommend using a different dragon such as Goodra or Dragonite.
Aurorous needs to be dropped and switched with either a good physical sweeper. That's something I noticed you were lacking.
And Mega Gardevoir is just a good poke in general. Though maybe it's just me because I struggle with fighting it a lot lol. So yea, that's my insight.
Also yea. But I pretty much just suck at doubles in general anyway, lol.
Okay thank you so much, Flygon is terrible in nature and IV's becuase I didn't care and had no knowledge for natures and IV's until maybe one-two weeks ago Thanks to Gioku I now know a bit more and is working for a perfect haxorus. Is Haxorus a good dragon?
Also I had thought on a defense pokemon but don't know of any good one's. Maybe aggron?
And a good attacker eh? maybe Haxorus can take that role!
@turtlelink hmm... Umbreon is a good idea, but I already have Togekiss for flying type if I were to pick Talonflame though... hmmmm
Talonflame is only good if it has gale wings, otherwise it's weaknesses make it too easy to take down. But .... if it does have gale wings, it can surprise you and catch trainers off guard.Took out a Greninja once, with my Lety, her training is set up specifically for such emergencies.
On an additional note, my favorite tank is my Seismitoad, Bertha, she has water absorb. A few trainers are getting wise to it, but they still make the mistake of almost knocking her out, then using a water move on her. So much funny. Her big weakness is that rarely used move type ... grass. Though lately I have been seeing a few grass moves in the rating battles, it's still so rare that Bertha poses a threat.

Hmm... Aegislash and Tyranitar... something tells me these two would get along well as double battle teammates... I'll have to try that out once I get my Tyranitar (along with all my other Pokémon) in December!
@KittenKoder, trust me I know. Breeding my Lucario was annoying too since Riolus can't mate either. And the male to female ratio is terrible lol. @MetroidLink, yea Haxorous would be a great addition to your team. I was thinking of breeding one myself lol. Also, Aggron is... ok. There are better pokes but its ok.

I am breeding alot of them right now and I got some good ones with good natures (adamant) but if they have perfect IVs I have no clue how can I figure out the IV of a poke?

I think Quagsire might be of use against Aegislash as a counter. I've used one with Unaware (Hidden ability) before and invested a lot into HP & Defence and it always manages to take boosted attacks like it was nothing. I'll see if I could try it out again in future.

Alright guys, I need help. I've got about a boxful of 'mon that are regularly used and have been trained, but I can't decide which six to pick for real breeding with IVs and stuff, so I'm asking for advice. These Pokemon are on here because I'm familiar with them and have at least some understanding on how they work. So here's the list.
I know I want at least Venusaur because it's a great tank, and Dodrio gets favoritism immunity, but other then them I don't know. I can tell you that I prefer fast hard-hitting Pokemon, but also like to have at least one that relies of lots of trickery a la Ghost types.
@WingedSnagret - Well, if it's any help, I'll tell you the six that I personally would choose from that list. Excluding Venusaur and Dodrio for the reasons you mentioned, I would say...
Aegislash
Goodra
Sylveon (Egg breeding for IVs right now!)
Lilligant
Greninja
Chandelure
...With honourable mentions for Mamoswine and Talonflame.

@Metroidlink: Works in single battles only. So first, you send in something with the move Sandstorm or the ability Sandstream (Tyranitar works well for this). Either switch that one out, or wait for it to get defeated. Then, you must have a level one Aron (has to have a really low maximum HP), with the ability Sturdy and the move Endeavor, and holding a Shell Bell. The opponent will probably go first. You will survive with sturdy. Using Endeavor, you'll bring their health down to a really low amount (down to one if they hit you), and then they'll get hurt by the sandstorm and defeated. Because you hit them with Endeavor, the Shell Bell restores your health back up to full. So then you do it again! Because it relies on Sandstorm, though, it does not work against Steel, Rock, or Ground types.

So, come December, I'll have all of the Pokémon I've ever trained for competitive play all in one place! They will be: Tyranitar, Eelektross, Metagross, Dragonite, Aegislash, Goodra, Gardevoir, Greninja, Mismagius, Swanna, Blaziken, Venusaur, Volcarona, Gengar, Aurorus, Magnezone, Krookodile, Golduck
I think that's enough to make a great double battle team from! I already have two awesome double battle teams in there; I'm sure there are several more winning combinations hidden in there! What do you guys think?
