Regarding completing the game: it will probably take me quite a long while, most likely several months (it usually does with video games in general). When it comes to Pokemon, I usually play 30 minutes-1 hour a day. You know, I'm working and stuff, so I don't really have the same amount of spare time as some of you guys. I said earlier in a post that I might have to wait a while before I'm getting this game, since I'm moving soon. BUT I don't think that will happen (waiting, that is; I wanna move ASAP), I will probably get the game as soon as it gets out.
OK, a few questions then: Which game are you getting? What two starter Pokemons will you choose? As for me, I'll be getting X, and choose Fennekin as the 1st starter (I always tend to choose the fire starters, for some reason). As for the other one, I'm not really sure whether to choose Charmander or Squirtle. I love Charmander, but then again, it might not be too good to have two fire types in your party... Hmm, we'll see, I guess.
@DdFixen I'm getting PK X, Froakie then Charmander! Neither of them will be in my final EV competitive team though. I MIGHT EV train Charmander in Kalos. I MIGHT. I've EV trained him before.
I am getting the Y version and my starter will be chespin and the second one will be squirtle but I will MAYBE keep that in my box since I already decided which pokemon will be in my team

X & Y, for X Fennekin & bulbasaur and for Y, Froakie & Charmander. Although I do plan on having all six starters (gen 6 & original) in both of my games
Want: Harvest Moon: One World, Story of Seasons: Pioneering Town, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury
Finished the Alola Dex.
Now playing New Horizons, Wrath of White Witch and Sword
What if by every pokemon he meant "every pokemon who can mega evolve", which would kind of confirm two mega evolutions for all of them.
I hope so. I like Charmander and Charizard's X Mega Evo is super cool but I love Bulbasaur and plan to use him as a starter so I'd like an X exclusive evo for Venusaur too.
Current Playlist: Age of Calamity, Stardew Valley, ACNH
I am going with Froakie, but I want to use either Litleo or Fletchling as my main fire Pokémon, so I am not going for Charmander, but for Bulbasaur instead.
So what do you guys think of the Spritzee and Swirlix evolutions? Not 100% confirmed but probably the real deal according to the ever reliable serebii.net.
Hey guys, I have a completely unplayed copy of Pokemon Platinum. Do you think it'd be a good idea to play Platinum and try to beat it before I get Pokemon X?
I sure you can trade stones with each game so you can have both mega pokemon.
The whole reason why you can play online with pokemon X/Y so you don't have to get both games.
Would be silly if you can't have both mega stones in one game, and can't even trade stones.......but this is Nintendo.
EIDT: If your going to post spoilers here, just keep it to a link, do not post the pic and ruin the fun for everyone. Lets not be those other sites that don't respect other users, Nintendo life is above that.
@CanisWolfred
Pokémon Plat is good fun but longer in story then D/P.
If your lacking 4th Gen pokemon, it wouldn't hurt to play it.
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
I think it will be similar to the key system in Black and White 2; you can only get them in one game, but they are tradable. It is probably just a matter of attaching them to a Pokémon and then do a trade.

I'mma gonna listen to the Madman here. Since it might be another 60+ hour game, I guess I won't focus on beating it. It wouldn't hurt to play it for a while, then put it down if need be and go on to Pokemon X, though.
