So the story is: I was planning to buy Monster Hunter Generations which was on sale 50% on the nintendo store and since my 3ds is new, i didnt have the information of the credit card in the 3ds, so when i finally decide to buy it, i put the credit card information piece by piece, but then the 3ds says the information inputed was incorrect and that wasnt the case, I decide to try again and it showed the same message but when my mom called the visa , they told her the transaction went trough, stealing 20.00 dollars from the card, and me not having the game, Plz I need help, anyone who can give me advice
