Um, my Mario Kart Channel isn't showing up on my menu, and I never got a way to install it?

just had a few races against "alex" in the no tiems community.

the race on marios track 2 was so cool. got the lead in the last "corner" by paraglyding over the finish line. so awesome xD

what happened on the instrumental-track? i was in lead all the time but then in the last corner you came out of nowhere, alex. looked like a glitch. or is there a super short cut??

Anyone else having connection issues? Or is it just me...? Computer is connecting to this hotspot just fine, but I can't connect to anything on 3DS now

I think my 3DS ate up their bandwidth?

I didn't even think of that shortcut until I saw you do it! So I copied you on the last lap.
As for music park, it must've just been a glitch on your game, it said I was in first for quite a while.

I seem to see a lot of people sort of warp through the track, like skip to different sections and whatnot. Is a poor internet connection the cause of what?

Thaaaaaanks for noticin' me.

I noticed that too. At first I thought they were cheating or something but it seems to just be skipping frames I guess you could say? It's most likely because of the connection, but mines fine and it still happens every now and then.

Your connection may be fine, but if theirs isn't good then their position will still seem to jump around. I found the same thing with Mario Kart DS.

Oh yeah, that makes sence. I remember having those kind of problems in SSFlV3D.

The other thing I can't stand is when my shell just dances around for a few seconds then shatter leaving them un-harmed. Yet their projectiles hit me instantly.

Can't be my internet connection because my ping is always under 100 in every PC game I play.

Confound you programming! Why do you make online so hard?

Thaaaaaanks for noticin' me.

I've shot shells and the like before that look like they've had no effect on opponents, only for the opponent to later spin out, with my shell being the only possible reason.

As for ping, if you're playing a game and you're in America, and there's someone in, say, Australia, or Japan, your ping is going to be slower than 100. Then again, the server is probably in America, so what you're probably experiencing is the ping from one of your opponents being in Australia or whatever.

Glitch found in the track that skips you ahead to the mountain or something like that

If you go in the water at that one turn, you do in fact get put very far ahead.

I fear that no one is going to vote for that track anymore :/

Maybe Nintendo could patch it or something?

Thaaaaaanks for noticin' me.

Well, i find the gyro controls are realy good and responsive. Really want that wheel attachment just so it's extra comftorable. I used the Wii Wheel exclusively on MKWii. Shame gyro controls are only through first person.

Yet, it's cool how these new tracks give the feel of a roller coaster ride. Bowser's Castle and Wario's Shipyard really feel that way

Oh, and I'm called "Drift Wizard". Hm, I like that.

Been enjoying this game so far.
I'll try coming online later and hopefully my Internet can handle it.

If I hade the game, I would definitely choose Luigi: He's way more awesome than Mario. Toad and Yoshi stand a good chance too.

I was going through MK7-related info online, and I brainstormed these facts.

In total there are 120 individual courses and 30 battle arenas in the entire Mario Kart franchise. A total of 32 characters are playable (33 if you count Donkey Kong Jr. as being unique to Donkey Kong), as well as a near-infinite number of Miis. A total of 109 pre-built vehicles are playable, not to mention the 17 kart bodies in Mario Kart 7 (which would bring the total to 126 if not for the fact that the kart frames are used to build your own kart, which increases the number of kart configurations to a very high number). There are 33 individual items which can be used (counting Luigi's green Fireballs and Birdo's Eggs as separate items, but not counting the three forms of Spiny Shell). A total of 10 game modes are playable (including 5 different Battle modes, though the versions of Balloon Battle and Coin Runners featured in Mario Kart Wii may be considered unique in that they are team-based and timed).

Evidently, I spend a lot of time thinking about Nintendo!
