I had a funny experience as the LvsD angel today.
I spawned as the angel (luckily with some nice fast hedgehog claws). The other team already had theirs. I ran up and OHKO'd a player. He never came back into battle. Eventually, nobody was respawning and it was me and the other angel. I just threw a wind bomb at him and won. (I was on the verge of losing though, he got a pair of Centurion Orbs >.> ).
